    RETURNS

    We always aim to ensure that you're happy with our products, however we understand if you do need to return your order. Please note, all returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and items must be in original unused condition. You can open the box, inspect the item and return if not completely satisfied.

    Please enter your email above to request a return and an RMA number will be issued prior to sending the item back to the fulfillment center.

    Unfortunately once the product's seal has been broken or shows any signs of use, we are unable to accept the return or issue a refund.

    There is a 14 day money back guarantee for all unopened and unused products.

    We offer free standard outbound shipping, but return shipping is the customers responsibility.

    Once the returned item reaches our fulfillment center and has been inspected, please allow 11-15 business days for the credit to be issued.
